That's how I became a systems coach, strategic supporter and travel planner
2008–2009:
I became an aerobics instructor at the age of 20, after losing 20 kg as a teenager thanks to exercise. In 2009, I became a personal trainer, followed by countless professional trainings and certifications (Fanatic Jump, Dance-Step, Zumba, etc.). At the same time, I became a tour guide and started university.
2009–2011:
I taught hundreds of aerobics classes and personal training sessions in gyms across Budapest, while also working as a guest lecturer at university. But I was never "just" a trainer: I organized sports days and fitness open days and launched my own blog. I also continued working as a tour guide in three languages – purely as a hobby.
2012–2017:
In 2012, I became a mother and launched my Fitneszanyu Blog. I regularly wrote articles for popular magazines (see below) and opened my own small movement and body treatment studio in Budapest's 6th district.
Alongside personal training, I started exploring the "peripheral" areas of fitness: body treatment technology and devices (including InBody), professional body analysis, nutritional supplements, as well as the psychological factors behind weight gain, overeating, emotional eating and self-esteem.
In 2016, I launched my Holistic Fitness Blog and published three e-books on different topics, all representing a holistic approach. I became increasingly convinced that the balance and wellbeing my clients were looking for also required inner development.
My expertise in holistic fitness led to several media appearances, where I was featured as an expert (see the bottom of the page). I also launched my first online courses.
Even at this stage, I realized how much I enjoyed building systems – not only when planning workouts, but also in my marketing, business development and online courses.
2018–2020:
From 2018, I worked as an assistant manager at Corner Fitness, a fitness centre in Budapest's 14th district, where I gained experience in administration and management. I also became involved in larger-scale marketing projects and event organization.
In 2019, I stepped away from the fitness industry, obtained a Systems Coaching qualification from Lemma Coaching, and began gaining professional experience as a coach.
Meanwhile, my tour guiding and travel planning work was also growing: I was already organizing accommodation, boats and catering. I found myself at a crossroads: would tourism, or fitness and coaching, become my path?
2020–2023:
COVID put both my fitness/coaching and tourism businesses on hold, so I joined an export company as an assistant.
I learned how to handle invoicing professionally, manage data, understand the basics of logistics, organize information, manage calendars, work confidently with Excel, and communicate professionally by phone and email in three languages.
I learned from a highly experienced assistant colleague, and discovered just how satisfying it is to bring order to chaos and see a process through from beginning to end.
It was here that I first clearly defined what I had always loved most about all my different roles – whether in fitness, coaching, marketing or organization:
creating order and building systems.
2023–2026:
I returned to my own business, now focusing primarily on systems coaching for individuals and small business owners. In tourism, I also increasingly focused on planning, organization and systems.
We launched Wellbeing Hungary. I still occasionally take on fitness and tour guiding projects, but my work is fundamentally about systems, processes and organization.
I realized that I was not going back to being "just" a trainer or tour guide. I needed to redefine myself.
Meanwhile, my second son was born, and during the slower two years of life with a baby, I created the service ecosystem you are now discovering:
Systems Coach, Business Support & VA, Wellbeing
Looking back, I realized that fitness and tourism themselves were never my true calling.
What has always motivated me is helping people make their lives and work clearer, easier and more sustainable.
Only the tools have changed.
As a trainer, I built systems into people's lifestyles.
As a coach, we changed thinking patterns and habits.
As an assistant, I built business systems.
In tourism, I created organizational and planning systems.
Now, I bring all of these experiences together as a Systems Coach, Business Supporter and Wellbeing professional.
